Exchanges
We allow exchange of purchased items, once the exchange has been approved and sent back the replaced item will be shipped to you.

Refunds
We will only offer a full refund on items that are faulty or damaged please contact us at solswimwearau@gmail.com.

NOTE return postage is at the expense of the customer and not covered by Sol Swimwear.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items , gift cards or hand made wraps.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days from the delivered date to reach out to us. 

All measurements are based on "average" sizing, if your child doesnt normally wear their size/age then purchase accordingly to how you generally would or contact solswimwearau@gmail.com for more exact measurements.
