Exchanges
We allow exchange of purchased items, once the exchange has been approved and sent back the replaced item will be shipped to you. The item will need to be in un worn original condition with hygiene sticker still in place.
Refunds
We will only offer a full refund on items that are faulty or damaged please contact us at solswimwearau@gmail.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or hand made items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days from the delivered date to reach out to us.
NOTE return postage is at the expense of the customer and not covered by Sol Swimwear.
